Actual starting compensation is based on factors including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.* _*30-Hour Billable Guarantee per week: *_Qualified Automotive Repair Technician A team members receive a minimum guarantee of 30 billable hours per week to provide financial stability.* _*Productivity Bonus Opportunity: *_Earn an additional $250–$550 every two weeks based on productivity and performance.* _*ASE Support – On Us: *_AAA pays for approved ASE certifications and recertifications, helping you continue building your credentials and technical expertise.* _*Consistent Full-Time Schedule: *_Work five days per week with Sundays off and one scheduled weekday off between Monday - Friday. *Saturdays are part of the regular technician schedule.** _*Career Growth: *_Continue developing your technical expertise while also having opportunities to mentor technicians and pursue future leadership opportunities within AAA Car Care.* _*A Brand Customers Already Trust: *_Bring your expertise to an organization that has been helping motorists for more than a century._*What You’ll Work On*_This is an advanced technician position focused on diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle concerns, including:* Engine performance, diagnostics, and repair* Transmission diagnosis and repair* Electrical and electronic systems* Steering and suspension systems* Brake systems, including ABS and traction control* Heating and air conditioning systems* Advanced drivability concerns* Additional mechanical and diagnostic repairsYou’ll also:* Complete repairs according to manufacturer procedures and recognized industry standards.* Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot complex vehicle concerns.* Help mentor and support developing technicians and service associates.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.* Continue developing your technical knowledge through training and certification opportunities.* Perform other duties as assigned._*What We’re Looking For*_We’re interested in experienced automotive professionals who bring:* 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience, including advanced diagnostic work.* Strong knowledge across multiple major vehicle systems.* ASE Master Technician certification, dealership certifications, or comparable advanced experience preferred.* Ability to obtain applicable ASE certifications within 12 months when required; AAA provides certification support.* ASE L1 – Advanced Engine Performance Specialist certification preferred.* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.* Interest in mentoring and supporting other technicians.* Valid driver’s license.* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods.* Authorization to work in the United States.Candidates receiving an offer must successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include a background check, drug screening, and fitness-for-duty assessment._*Ready for Your Next Shop?*_Whether you’re actively looking or simply curious about what AAA could offer an experienced technician, we’d like to connect!*Bring your experience.
