Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required) Job Title: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Intensivist (Nights Only) Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Position Overview Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care. Position Highlights Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14 days off (7 PM – 7 AM) Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment Work autonomously alongside a well-established team Utilizes EPIC EMR system Competitive compensation and benefits package Qualifications Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ACNP certification required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment Benefits Our benefits are designed to help you live well no matter where you are on your journey.
