Obsidian is hiring Employment and Labor Attorneys to work on training AI models using high-quality legal reasoning data. This fully remote role is open to attorneys with 1-4 years of experience in employment law, to design realistic scenarios and evaluate AI outputs. The position offers $100 to $150 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, ideally more.
