THE COMPANY

Amazing Athletes was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Children need to have FUN while learning the FUNdamentals of sport. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will help fight childhood obesity, create healthy habits early, teach life skills, and increase youth activity.

THE POSITION

We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. New coaches can work 5–10 classes a week and earn $20–$25 per hour. Programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training. Use individual attention to ensure every child has success. Use a non‑competitive approach so classes are fun and stress‑free. Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success. Coaches enjoy the role, are open‑minded, and attend regular trainings.

THE SCHEDULE

Course load: minimum of 5–10 classes a week. Preferred availability: 3 days a week with the following times. Monday: 9:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. (Cedar Park) Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (Leander/Cedar Park) Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. (Georgetown) Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–11:30 a.m. (Georgetown) Friday: 9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. (Cedar Park) or 10:45–12:00 p.m. (Georgetown)

THE LOCATION

Classes are held across preschool/day‑care centers, parks, and recreation centers in Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill, Texas. Coaches will travel to each location and will most likely be at one location per day.

REQUIREMENTS

Willing to travel within Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill, Texas. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. At least 20 years of age. Must submit to fingerprinting and pass Texas comprehensive background check. Commit to a long‑term role of 10–12 months. Available to start and train for a few hours each week immediately. Willing to work with children ages 2–6 years.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with youth or preschool-aged children. Passion for sports and fitness. Background in fitness disciplines (athletics, dance, gymnastics, etc.). First Aid certification. Coaching experience.

COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare in advance and arrive early. Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and children. Convey fun while maintaining organization and structure. Be outgoing and engage every child in every class.
