Job Summary

The Content & Social Search Strategist will manage content strategy for client accounts, refine SOPs, train team members, and optimize content for discoverability across social platforms. The role requires expertise in SEO, social search behaviors, and content optimization for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for a portfolio of client accounts
• Develop strategies aligned with client objectives and measurable results
• Guide content from ideation through production, approval, distribution, and optimization
• Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders
• Execute keyword research, content planning, and SEO optimization
• Edit and optimize content for organic traffic and engagement
• Audit and optimize social content for discoverability (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
• Develop frameworks for platform-specific optimization
• Monitor rankings, visibility, and provide actionable insights
• Build and present performance reports with clear recommendations
• Develop and refine SOPs to improve workflows
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Stay current with SEO, UX, and emerging technologies

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in content marketing and/or SEO (preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs for client accounts
• Strong writing and editing skills (samples required)
• Hands-on experience with keyword research tools and optimization best practices
• Deep understanding of platform-specific search behaviors (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
• Experience optimizing content for social search (metadata, keywords, hashtags, text overlays)
• Ability to conduct social search keyword research using native and third-party tools
• Familiarity with TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, and other dashboards
• Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to clients
• Basic understanding of UX principles
