We are seeking a Lease-Land Analyst to support our client, a midstream-pipeline oil & gas company, onsite in West Houston.

Assignment anticipated to last 2 years. Onsite work required; no remote or hybrid schedule available (1/2 day on Fridays). The contract Lease-Land Analyst reports to the Land Manager and is responsible for reviewing and validating lease document data, updating payment and obligation information in Quorum On Demand Land (ODL), and identifying and escalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in Quorum ODL.
• Review and update payment, escalation, obligation, and term information in Quorum ODL.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Required experience in land records administration, with emphasis on real property leases, lease payments, payment escalations, and lease obligations.
• Required experience with Quorum ODL.
• Basic land title experience preferred.
• Experience interpreting legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps preferred.
• Experience with Google Earth software preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
