Work schedules may change based on customer needs.What You'll DoInstall EMT conduit ranging from 3/4" to 4"Install and terminate conductors ranging from #14 through 750 MCMRead and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsPerform commercial and industrial electrical installations safely and efficientlyPerform energized work and troubleshooting periodicallyQualificationsQualified applicants must:Hold a current Idaho Journeyman Electrician LicenseOwn the basic hand tools required for the tradeBe able to bend and install EMT conduitRead and understand electrical blueprints and drawingsFollow all company and customer safety policies and proceduresPhysical RequirementsThis position requires the ability to:Lift 50+ pounds on a non-repetitive basisWork with hands overhead for extended periodsWork safely from ladders and elevated work platformsWork at heights up to 50 feet while using required fall protectionAccess crawl spaces, mechanical areas, and confined spaces as requiredWear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)Preferred QualificationsExperience with any of the following is a plus:OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationConduit bending from ¾" through 4", including hydraulic table benders and Triple Nickel bendersInstallation of cable tray, basket tray, gutters, and Wiremold systemsSemiconductor, clean room, server room, or ESD environmentsIndustrial safety training and NFPA 70E experienceBenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:Generous employer company-subsidized medical insuranceDental and Vision coverageLife and AD&D Insurance401(k) with a 6% employer matchPaid VacationPaid Sick LeavePaid HolidaysVoluntary Critical Illness and Accident InsuranceAt Challenger Companies, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
