Wealth Management Operations Manager

We’re seeking a Wealth Management Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Wealth Management division while supporting the delivery of exceptional service to clients and internal partners. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the Wealth Management Operations team by setting goals, providing feedback, supporting professional development, and ensuring consistent operational excellence. Assist in developing, implementing, and enhancing policies, procedures, systems, and workflows that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business growth. Partner with Wealth Management Administration, Investment Management, Tax, Retirement Services, vendors, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues and support exceptional client service. Support operational systems, technology initiatives, and vendor relationships while assisting with major projects and continuous process improvements. Coordinate operational training, develop standard procedures, and ensure team members have the knowledge and resources needed to succeed. Assist with departmental reporting, operational oversight, regulatory support, and transaction reviews while maintaining compliance with internal policies and industry requirements. Qualifications Education & Experience : You will need a bachelor's degree AND one 4-6 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
