Addictions Counselor

LifeBridge Health, Inc. is seeking an Addictions Counselor to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals with substance use disorders. In this role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, deliver individual and group counseling, develop person-centered treatment and relapse prevention plans, and coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and community partners. You will document in the EHR, support families, participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, and help advance our mission of patient-centered, community-focused behavioral health across central Maryland.
