VP, Senior Product Manager - Securities Financing & Digital Transformation Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) About the Opportunity A leading global financial services organization is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of its securities financing platform and client experience. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data, technology, and capital markets, with responsibility for delivering innovative solutions that support both institutional clients and internal business partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing digital capabilities across securities lending and financing workflows, driving platform enhancements, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging emerging technologies including data analytics and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy for digital platforms supporting securities financing activities. Utilize data, user feedback, and business performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Lead large-scale business transformation initiatives, including operating model redesign, workflow optimization, and technology modernization. Partner with front‑office, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and technology teams to develop scalable solutions that improve user experience and business outcomes. Gather and document business requirements, develop user stories, and establish clear acceptance criteria for development teams. Serve as Product Owner within Agile delivery frameworks, managing prioritization, product roadmaps, and release planning. Drive adoption of new capabilities through stakeholder engagement, training, and change readiness activities. Evaluate and implement innovative technologies, including AI, machine learning, workflow automation, and advanced analytics solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver digital products that enhance transparency, automation, and decision‑making capabilities. What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, or strategic technology delivery within financial services. Strong understanding of securities financing, capital markets infrastructure, collateral management, funding, treasury, or related institutional market products. Demonstrated success delivering digital products from concept through implementation and adoption. Experience working across global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities. Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions. Hands‑on experience operating in Agile environments as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or equivalent role. Proven track record leading platform modernization, process redesign, and operational transformation initiatives. Experience applying data analytics, artificial intelligence, or machine learning capabilities to solve business problems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both business and technology teams. Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution and delivery. Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred. Experience using design thinking methodologies and user‑centered product development practices. Exposure to cloud‑based platforms, digital client solutions, API‑enabled products, or workflow automation tools. Knowledge of institutional financing, lending, collateral, liquidity, or market infrastructure platforms. Why This Role?
