Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dependable and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling experience and be comfortable managing schedules, coordinating priorities, and communicating with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.Experience with Epicor is a plus, but not required.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain daily schedulesCommunicate scheduling changes and updates with team membersMonitor priorities and help ensure work is completed on scheduleEnter and maintain accurate information in company systemsAssist with day-to-day administrative and scheduling needsWork closely with other departments to coordinate schedules and prioritiesHelp resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules as neededQualificationsPrevious scheduling or administrative experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsGood communication and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environmentComputer proficiency and willingness to learn company softwareEpicor experience is a plus, but not requiredDependable and able to work independently as well as part of a teamScheduleMonday–Friday7:00 AM–4:00 PMOccasional overtime may be required, but it is not frequent The Bradley Group Inc
