Scooters Coffee is looking for positive, fun, and energetic Baristas who are passionate about serving others with spectacular service. As a Barista you’ll prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while providing fast, quality customer service. You’ll ensure the store is clean and products are stocked while contributing to a fun and positive work environment with your teammates. Barista Benefits Starting wage $11.00 plus cash tips daily. Flexible schedule or set schedule available. Possible shifts include 5:45 am–11 am, 6:30 am–12 pm, 12 pm–4 pm. Barista Skills & Abilities Deliver outstanding customer service. Work in a fast paced environment. Remember recipes and processes to serve great product consistently. Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned. Be positive and team oriented. Multitask. Excellent communication skills. Maintain cleanliness, sanitize, and store cleaning. Follow food handling procedures. Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils. Resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues. Receive, unload and distribute deliveries. Stand for long periods of time. Be quick on feet. Accept shift opening/closing duties.
