Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Preferred: TNCC and ENPC certifications (to be obtained within timeframe after hire)
- Prior experience in Emergency Nursing, Critical Care, or high-acuity settings

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with emergent, urgent, or non-urgent conditions.
- Triage patients using evidence-based protocols to determine acuity levels and initiate appropriate care.
- Provide rapid intervention and stabilization for patients experiencing medical, surgical, traumatic, psychiatric, and pediatric emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policy and provider orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care, including testing and education.
- Document assessments and interventions accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record.
