Shift Manager Lead daily operations in a fast‐paced restaurant, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Food safety compliance Internal communication Inventory management Daily maintenance and cleanliness Managing crew Quality food production Exceptional customer service Safety and security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
