Casual Call Radiologic TechnologistEducation LevelGraduate Degree **PRIMARY DUTIES** (Are the essential job tasks or primary responsibilities that the individual who holds the position mist be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of an accommodation. For example: “DO” (action verb) + “WHAT” (object) – “Collects vitals from patients at the being of the visit according to clinic protocol”. || **D** | Instructs students and residents and performs preceptor duties as necessary. | || **G** | Maintains a positive and professional atmosphere for patients and personnel. Demonstrates interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with patients and personnel who may be under physical or emotional stress. | || **O** | Other related duties as assigned. | |## Qualifications| || --- || **POSITION QUALIFICATIONS** || **MINIMUM EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an ARRT accredited Radiography program.** **PREFERRED EDUCATION: Associate of Applied Science in any imaging related field** **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: TBD** **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Nevada State Radiographer’s License in Radiography and CT** **PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:** * ARRT registered * CPR/AED Certification **SPECIAL SKILLS:** * Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in an understandable manner. * Must have a willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel * Must have experience with computers. * Requires patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm. * Must be able to be on standby call and respond according to department policies and procedures. **SUPERVISES:** **PHYSICIAL DEMANDS:** For physical demands and working conditions, see next page. |
