Production Manager

Job Description

3-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years of overall manufacturing experience.
Proven experience leading and developing salaried and hourly teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, and workforce development skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking abilities.
Demonstrated experience managing KPIs and driving operational performance.
Strong understanding of manufacturing financials, budgeting, and cost management.
Experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement and/or Kaizen certification required.
In-depth knowledge of Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing principles .

Preferred Qualifications

Automotive manufacturing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Lean Manufacturing certification and experience.
Experience managing large-scale production operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule

Must be available to work 2nd Shift:

Monday – Friday
2:15 PM – 10:15 PM
