We are looking for a dependable Fiberglass Roller to help manufacture and repair fiberglass products. In this hands-on role, you will work with fiberglass materials, resin, molds, and various tools to create high-quality products in a production environment.

1st Shift Fiberglass Roller Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Prepare molds and work surfaces for fiberglass application
• Apply fiberglass and resin using rollers and other tools
• Assist with curing, finishing, and polishing fiberglass products Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

1st Shift Fiberglass Roller Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to accurately count and record information
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Frequent standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to lift 15-50 lbs regularly
• Ability to perform heavy physical work and move materials as needed
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
