1st Shift Fiberglass Roller

We are looking for a dependable Fiberglass Roller to help manufacture and repair fiberglass products. In this hands-on role, you will work with fiberglass materials, resin, molds, and various tools to create high-quality products in a production environment.

1st Shift Fiberglass Roller Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Prepare molds and work surfaces for fiberglass application
Apply fiberglass and resin using rollers and other tools
Assist with curing, finishing, and polishing fiberglass products Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

1st Shift Fiberglass Roller Qualifications:

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to accurately count and record information
Strong attention to detail and quality
Frequent standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying
Ability to lift 15-50 lbs regularly
Ability to perform heavy physical work and move materials as needed
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
