A rapidly growing Orange County company serving the Medical, Military, and Aerospace industries is seeking motivated individuals to train as Quality Inspectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for dependable candidates who are eager to learn a valuable skill and build a long-term career in a high-tech manufacturing environment. No prior inspection experience is required we provide training for the right individuals.
Responsibilities- Learn and perform quality inspections on manufactured components and assemblies
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality excellence
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
