They assist customers, accept payments, stock the shelves and maintain cleanliness of the fuel station. May require standing for long periods of time. As a fuel station associate at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, customer-centered environment. You will support fuel station operations by ensuring compliance with all regulations, as well as ensuring the shelves stay stocked with our customer's favorite grab and go items for the road. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
