Chocolatier / Confectionery Specialist (Pastry / Culinary)
Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Chocolatier / Confectionery Specialist with experience in pastry, culinary, or confectionery production. This role focuses on creating chocolate samples, working with molded chocolates, and supporting additional production tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with chocolate, caramel, and confectionery products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce chocolate samples according to specifications
- Work with chocolate molds including filling, setting, and finishing molded products
- Temper chocolate and ensure proper consistency and quality
- Prepare and work with caramel for fillings, coatings, and drizzling
- Measure, mix, and handle ingredients accurately following recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with additional kitchen or production tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in culinary, pastry, confectionery, or food production
- Hands-on experience working with chocolate and/or confectionery products
- Experience with caramel preparation and handling
- Ability to follow recipes and detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
- Background as a Chocolatier, Pastry Cook, or Confectionery Specialist
- Experience with chocolate mold making or molded chocolate production
- Knowledge of chocolate tempering and confectionery techniques
- Food safety certification is a plus
