Certifications:
- BLS Certification and maintenance of recertification required.
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Cardiology, must become certified within two years.

Must-Have: Clean malpractice and license history preferred.


Description:
We are seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist (MD/DO) to join a growing cardiovascular team.


This position offers the opportunity to practice within a collaborative regional cardiovascular network.


The Non-Invasive Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in both outpatient and hospital settings.


Responsibilities include providing non-invasive cardiology consultations and evaluations for patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.


You will diagnose and manage conditions such as cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.


Developing individualized treatment plans for patients based on clinical assessment and diagnostic findings is essential.


You will participate in the congestive heart failure clinic, providing ongoing management and care for heart failure patients.


Managing patients with lipid disorders and cardiovascular risk factors will also be part of your responsibilities.


Conducting presurgical cardiac evaluations for patients undergoing surgical procedures is required.


You will interpret and perform diagnostic cardiology testing including echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiograms.


Providing inpatient cardiology consultations and participating in hospital-based cardiovascular management is expected.


Collaboration with advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and medical assistants will be necessary.


You will contribute to the management of patients with implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators, including remote monitoring.


Close work with a cardiovascular network will be required.


You will support a comprehensive cardiovascular program that includes structural heart services and electrophysiology.


Care for patients requiring management of arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, and valvular heart disease will be part of your role.


Collaboration with interventional cardiology and cardiothoracic teams for managing procedures such as cardiac catheterization and percutaneous coronary intervention is required.


Candidates should be able to serve the community while maintaining the opportunity to practice within a cardiology group.


New graduates and experienced providers are welcome to apply.


Candidates must be board certified in their specialty or board eligible and will become board certified within two years of becoming board eligible.


We do not accept candidates who have lapsed Board Certification requiring reacquisition.


This is not a locum position.
