Texas Secure Title Company is seeking an Escrow/Title Assistant possessing a strong desire to work in a true team-oriented environment that provides layers of support to exceed your professional goals, and offer the best client experience in the industry. The Escrow Assistant properly greets customers and clients in a cheerful, positive and professional manner while directing them to the appropriate personnel for assistance, handles incoming telephone calls with polished etiquette, and assists with administrative duties relating to escrow files. This role processes new orders, receipts earnest money, collects and documents the necessary data to include but not limited to; payoff orders, property taxes, tax certificate, surveys, and HOA status. The Escrow Assistant uses informed discernment around handling a task at the right time and in plenty of time for file to be ready for closing. This role is always pleasant, providing professional actions and conduct with internal and external customers, and is a steward of TSTC Culture and Values.

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Real Estate Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Tile Escrow Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front Desk Reception: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Data entry: 2 years (Required)
• RamQuest: 1 year (Preferred)
