As a Workday HCM Implementation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful launch of Workday Human Capital Management for their Ambulatory Surgery Centers, ensuring seamless HR workflows, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday HCM implementation within the organization, focusing on ambulatory surgery centers. Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure system accuracy and functionality prior to go-live. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR workflows, benefits, time tracking, and payroll processes. Support post-implementation stabilization and ongoing system support, potentially transitioning into a full-time role or staff augmentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and feedback on system performance and user experience. What's Needed? Strong knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), including benefits and payroll modules. Experience with HR workflows, benefits administration, time tracking, and payroll processing. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
