Product Designer

Koah, a New York City-based marketplace, is seeking a Product Designer to shape the advertiser and publisher experiences that power its platform. You will build the creative tools, dashboards, and integration flows that fuel Koah's marketplace and contribute to the ad format system across surfaces. This onsite role in New York carries a salary range of USD 150,000 - 200,000 per year. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end experience for advertisers, from campaign setup through AI-assisted creative tools and reporting. Define collaboration workflows between advertisers and campaign agents to produce and deploy scalable ad creative. Design the publisher integration journey, including SDK onboarding, surface configuration, and performance dashboards. Contribute to the evolving ad format library, ensuring formats adapt across multiple rendering contexts. Bridge advertiser tools, publisher surfaces, and end-user ad experiences into a cohesive workflow. Requirements Adopt a systems-thinking approach, balancing immediate user needs with a longer-term product vision. Experience designing for multi-sided products such as marketplaces, developer tools, or ad platforms. Interest in creating AI-enhanced workflows beyond traditional dashboards. Strong craft and attention to detail that help build trust with users. Comfort operating at the design-engineering boundary, including schemas, structured data, and component APIs. Ability to move quickly without a full spec, driving clarity through design decisions.
