Additionally, you will…Work with business analysts, engineers, and other system users to understand and implement their application requirementsHave the opportunity to work with partners to understand their implementations and gain a breadth of knowledge in cloud-based SaaS implementations and technologiesProvide quality software, improve test coverage and the overall quality of the systemsProvide leadership to other developers on the team and assist them in designing solutions, understanding the principles of financial services software and programming best-practices.What you'll do:Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.Must be willing to work under deadlines and be detail orientedRequired qualifications:6+ years of experience in software development3+ years of experience in Golang, Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages3+ years of experience in SQL databases3+ years of experience in RESTful services, Swagger, Json data interchange, and GIT.3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experienceExperience that would be great to have:Industry experience in software application design and development for payments such as ACH, Fedwire, RTP, cards, or other iso20022/iso8583 related payment types.Familiarity with GolangAI driven development practicesMicroservices development strategies and best practicesSponsorshipYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
