Parts Supervisor II

What You'll Be Doing Help lead the daily operation of the Parts department alongside the Parts Manager Coordinate parts orders for customers, Service teams, and internal operations Assign work, prioritize tasks, and provide day-to‑day guidance to Parts team members Communicate with customers, vendors, technicians, and sales teams regarding availability, lead times, pricing, and order status Source parts for customer orders, service repairs, inventory replenishment, and emergency requests Assist with inventory control including cycle counts, stock adjustments, returns, and inventory organization Support department performance through expense awareness, inventory management, and gross margin focus Help resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding service from start to finish Train, coach, and support Parts team members while helping new employees get up to speed Maintain accurate records for purchasing, inventory transactions, customer communications, and department activities Reinforce safety standards and help create a positive, team‑oriented work environment What Makes This Role Different At MacQueen, you’re not just moving parts around a warehouse. Compensation & Benefits In accordance with Minnesota law, the expected pay range for this position is $59,679.55 to $89,163.83. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Occasionally performs repetitive motions, grasping, or keyboarding for computer‑based tasks and documentation. Occasionally climbs ladders or equipment to inspect or guide work. Occasionally lifts, moves, or otherwise transfers up to 50 lbs.; frequently lifts or moves items up to 20 lbs. May sit for periods while performing administrative, scheduling, or reporting duties. Exposure to typical machine shop and service shop environments, which may include moving mechanical parts, noise, and other standard shop hazards. Supports safe work practices through observation, coaching, and oversight of employees performing physically demanding tasks.
