Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations. Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs. Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune‑ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule in‑home consultations or service appointments. Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically. Work toward individual and team lead‑generation goals. Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation. Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours‑generating appointments each shift. Qualifications You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
