Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced urban Emergency Department
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients as part of routine care
• Support Patient Care Technicians and Medics within the department
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in a department seeing approximately 210 visits per day
• Fulfill every-other-weekend coverage requirements, including 4 weekend shifts per contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• Experience in a large, urban, high-volume Emergency Department required
• Ventilated patient experience required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• De-escalation certification required (MAB, CPI, MOAB, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travelers will not be considered
