UPMC Northwest Medical / Oncology Unit (3 South) RN

Join a fast paced 23 bed Medical Surgical Oncology unit that delivers diverse, high impact patient care. RNs manage a broad mix of med surg and oncology diagnoses while building strong clinical judgment and adaptability. Chemotherapy certified RNs administer chemotherapy and biologic therapies, with opportunities to grow specialty oncology skills. Up to $20,000 Available

• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced nurses with 1 or more years of RN experience

Candidates hired into a sign-on bonus eligible position will be required to make a two-year work commitment.

Physical Requirements

• Requires mobility, visual acuity, and manual dexterity
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and patient positioning

Licensure and Certifications

• Current RN license or Temporary Practice Permit in applicable state or compact state
• BLS/CPR required per AHA standards within 30 days of hire
• Graduate Nurses must pass licensure exam within 6 months of hire or 1 year of graduation, whichever comes first
