Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in an educational setting
• Strong background in behavioral support and intervention, particularly with early elementary students
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and administrators
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping students thrive

Responsibilities:

• Support the lead classroom teacher with instructional activities and classroom management
• Implement behavioral strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Assist students during classroom tasks, transitions, and activities
• Document student progress and observations as directed by educators
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning for student success

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30am–2:45pm
