Cencora seeks a Scrum Master II to lead agile practices and facilitate sprint ceremonies for project teams. The role involves maintaining project visibility through documentation, coordinating stakeholder communications, and driving continuous improvement across delivery initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct backlog refinement, sprint planning, iteration reviews, and retrospectives to advance agile practices
- Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, and risk logs to ensure delivery visibility and governance
- Communicate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to gather information and maintain alignment
- Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and track action items to sustain delivery momentum
- Apply agile frameworks to sprint planning, backlog management, and program coordination activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years of project management, program coordination, or technical project management experience
- Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, or agile methodologies preferred
- Experience conducting agile ceremonies and facilitating team coordination
- Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
