Mobile Maintenance Technician

Mobile Maintenance TechnicianThis role is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance and repair work across multiple commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial HVAC systems, general building maintenance, and must possess a valid driver's license to travel between sites.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers.Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties.Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Travel between multiple sites using a company-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).Additional Eligibility QualificationsTechnical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repairPossess and maintain a valid driver's license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record with periodic checksBasic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & WordMay be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts; may be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and/or stand-by on-call dutiesWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
