Key Responsibilities include: Supporting general accounting processes Assisting with reconciliations and reporting Coordinating operational activities Maintaining records and documentation Providing administrative support to the department Requirements 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or related accounting experience Understanding of basic accounting principles and general ledger concepts Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable performing both accounting and administrative responsibilities Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support a variety of departmental needs Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing responsibilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 2+ years of accounting or related experience Strong Excel and organizational skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Coordinator, Accounting Assistant, Staff Accountant, or accounting professional seeking a well-rounded role with exposure to both accounting and business operations. SAP experience is not required. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
