Position: Remote Senior Industrial Construction Estimator

Location: Remote / Hybrid (Travel to office 1-3 times per month)

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Construction Estimator with strong experience in heavy industrial projects. This role requires hands-on estimating expertise across structural steel erection, ductwork/boilermaker scopes, rigging, and millwright work .

This is a remote/hybrid position offering the flexibility to work from your preferred location, with periodic travel to the office 1-3 times per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed quantity take-offs for industrial projects

Develop comprehensive cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing

Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors

Build complete proposals from concept through final submission

Collaborate with operations and project management teams during preconstruction

Qualifications:

7+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction

Strong background in steel erection, boilermaker/duct scopes, rigging, and millwright installation

Ability to independently manage estimates from cradle to grave

Proficiency in Excel and estimating software

Strong communication and organizational skills
