Seeking a Senior Program Director, Product Design, the full-time remote position will define and drive product design strategy, lead UX and UI initiatives, and create seamless consumer-facing digital experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Define and drive product design strategy across multiple digital products Lead UX, UI, service design, and overall customer experience initiatives Create and communicate high-fidelity designs using Figma and influence product roadmaps Required qualifications 8+ years of Product Design, UX Design, or related experience Experience leading complex digital product initiatives Strong UX and UI design expertise with advanced Figma experience Deep understanding of design systems and user research Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
