Slim Chickens in Sedalia is hiring energetic and dependable temporary Front of House and Back of House Team Members to help support our restaurant during the busy Missouri State Fair season.

Front of House Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with exceptional hospitality.
• Operate the register and accurately process orders.
• Prepare beverages, desserts, and dining room items.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized dining area.
• Deliver a great guest experience from start to finish.

Back of House Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, high-quality food according to Slim Chickens standards.
• Bread, cook, and assemble menu items with accuracy.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during high-volume periods.

This is a temporary position from August 10 through August 31, with opportunities for strong performers to be considered for permanent employment after the fair season.
