Neuropsychology Tech

Job Summary Arkansas Children’s is hiring a full‑time Neuropsychology Technician (Work Shift: 7:30‑4:00pm) in the Children’s Specialty Services department. The position is safety sensitive, requires a tobacco‑free workplace, and flu vaccines are mandatory. Salary ranges from $21.70 to $27.10 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities Administers and scores cognitive, achievement, and behavioral/emotional tests and records observations of patient behavior. Accurately enters test scores in a timely manner. Interprets findings and communicates results to supervisor. Reviews and ensures timeliness, accuracy, availability, and security of information. Troubleshoots difficult testing situations and administers tests that are developmentally appropriate for children. Contributes to written reports, including writing observations and entering scores in a template. Reports abnormal or concerning results from psychological evaluations to supervisor. Ensures accurate and responsible analysis and interpretation of psychological testing. Maintains and expands professional expertise by completing appropriate continuing education. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university. Certified Technician—Arkansas Psychology Board. Required coursework in abnormal psychology, personality, psychological statistics, and psychological testing. The position is safety sensitive; current users of medical marijuana are not eligible.
