Marketing Manager

Optiver is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role leads marketing initiatives for priority audiences in the US and ownsOptiver'sglobal organic social strategy. You’lloperateindependently, bring structure to complex work, and collaborate closely with recruiters, businessstakeholdersand marketers across regions to deliver high-quality, tailored marketing solutions.You’llplay a key role in scaling content and ensuring it reaches the right audiences effectively.This role is based on-site in our Chicago office.Whatyou’lldoAs a Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include:Lead initiatives for priority audiences in the US, including developing marketing plans tailored to specific markets, audiences,hiring needs and SEO opportunitiesWork closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to understand objectives, shape the right approach, and deliver effective solutionsOwn Optiver's organic social strategy, leading content planning, channel management, content creation, and performance optimization while collaborating across the global marketing team to scale execution and maximize discoverabilityPartner with employees and business leaders to expand Optiver's visibility and engagement around key marketing initiativesMeasure performance, identify insights, and continuously optimize content, audience growth, and channel strategyWhat you’ll getYou’lljoin a culture of collaboration and excellence, surrounded by curious thinkers and creative problem-solvers. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above.Base Salary Range$112,000—$140,000 USD
