This is a hands-on installation role —you’ll be in the field or in our shop most days, working with a small team or independently once trained.
What you’ll do- Install wire shelving, closet systems, and storage solutions
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to fit each space
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure installations are level, secure, and clean
- Communicate with team members and occasionally homeowners on-site
- Keep job sites clean and professional
- Follow install standards so work holds up long-term
- Experience in construction, installation, carpentry, or similar hands-on work
- Comfortable using basic tools (drills, saws, levels, anchors, etc.)
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow install instructions
- Strong attention to detail (crooked shelves = callbacks)
- Reliable, consistent, and takes ownership of your work
- Able to lift and move materials (50+ lbs at times)
- Valid driver’s license
- Closet/shelving install experience
- Trim carpentry or framing background
- Experience working in occupied homes
