Job TitleJob DescriptionPlease read full job description before applying or submitting candidates:Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, and/or require no sponsorship of any kind now or in the future.In order to be considered, candidates will need experience within the corrugate industry including converting machines (BHS specifically).Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a supervisory and/or Team Lead role with industry experience.Background qualifications:Corrugate industry experience including a facility that leads in the conversion of paper to box.Strong electrical and PLC knowledge as well as the mechanical and pneumatic systems.Day to Day duties:Report to the Maintenance Manager to help lead department goals and KPIs.Oversee department inventories and budgeting to ensure adequate needs are met, and kept within proper thresholds.Lead personnel through training and development standards to improve standards such as safety, machinery, and plant downtime.Help Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management.
