Dining Server

$16.92/hour, guaranteed — no tipping, no relying on customers for your paycheck. Per diem shifts available: 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 11:00 am–7:00 pm, or 4:00 pm–7:00 pm. [PENDING: part-time/full-time rate and hours, if this req also covers those schedules.] Join the dining team at The Shores, a UMC assisted living and memory care community in Ocean City, NJ.

What You'll Do

• Take resident meal orders and clear tables between courses
• Deliver friendly, attentive service throughout every meal
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
• Support catering, community events, and retail dining as needed

What You'll Need

Required:

• 16 years of age or older 
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred:

• 1+ years of related dining or customer service experience
