Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the Medical/Surgical department.Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Ensure maintainance of patient records and proper documentation.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
