Vehicle Installation Technician – San Francisco, CA
Pay: $30–$40 per hour Location: San Francisco, CA Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Shifts Available: AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Training Schedule: First 2 weeks are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Job Duties
- Install hardware and technology systems on vehicles
- Use hand tools and basic power tools
- Mount and secure parts on vehicles
- Connect wiring and electrical components
- Test systems to make sure everything works
- Inspect work for quality and safety
- Follow step-by-step instructions carefully
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report problems to supervisors or engineers
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with mechanical work, installations, or assembly
- Comfortable using tools
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow diagrams and instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand, bend, and work around vehicles all day
