Convenience Store Associate

Chip's To Go is hiring for Store Associate positions for our convenience stores in Daphne, AL. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join us. Under the direction of the Store Manager or Shift Manager, the Store Associate is responsible for ensuring all customers have a Memorable shopping experience, maintaining impeccable store appearance, while providing fast service.

Responsibilities:

* Provides efficient, friendly and fast service to customers.
* Assists in inventory control through stocking and counting.
* Ability to address customer concerns in a courteous and respectful manner.
* Takes direction well and understands the importance of working at a fast pace
* Adheres to safety regulations and food safety standards.

Requirements:

* Be 18 years of age or older
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* HS Diploma or GED equivalent
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Basic computer skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, reach, grab, climb and grasp for long periods of time with little to no breaks
* Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
* Ability to refrain from social media and personal communication on electronic devices, during working hours is a must.
