Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding appliance repair services - Schedule and coordinate service appointments between customers and field technicians - Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the scheduling system - Follow up with customers on appointment confirmations, status updates, and completed repairs - Process work orders, invoices, and basic billing transactions - Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset - Support dispatch operations by communicating technician availability and routing updates

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative coordination - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM tools, or similar platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude - Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace - Experience in home services, appliance repair, or trades industry is a plus
