We’re looking for an experienced Siding Crew Leader who knows how to get the job done right—and knows how to treat customers and teammates with professionalism and respect.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage siding installations from start to finish
• Ensure siding is installed correctly, efficiently, and to high quality standards
• Read plans, follow specs, and catch issues before they become problems
• Train and guide crew members to maintain consistent workmanship
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
