Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role Description

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience
• Deep backend experience in Java, Node.js, or another modern stack
• Solid React + TypeScript skills
• Experience using AI tools as a natural part of your workflow
• Strong engineering judgement
• Understanding of system design, data modelling, and long-term maintainability
• Comfortable working in real-world production environments
• Understanding of boundaries, contracts, and system coherence
• Experience with CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud environments (AWS)
• Value-driven mindset focused on sustainable problem-solving

Requirements

• Designing and building end-to-end product features across backend services and our React frontend
• Building well-structured, testable backend services and clean, reusable frontend components
• Contributing to a multi-stack production environment
• Modelling domains and defining boundaries
• Using AI tools to accelerate development
• Owning work beyond feature delivery
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Improving reliability, security, and operational robustness
• Raising the engineering bar through thoughtful feedback
