Job Title: Account Coordinator Department: Client Services


Reports To: Manager, Client Services FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Shift: Hybrid, M-F Days Wage Range: $22.00-$27.00

Job Summary: The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services team on various commercial print and direct mail job functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Services Team with various pre-production tasks, including but not limited to, job ticket entry, job revisions, proof review and signoffs, while also assisting with postal promotion submissions and archiving.
• Assist the Client Services Team with post-production activities, including but not limited to, sample receipt, routing, and shipping, and preparing and delivering reports to clients.
• Assist the Client Services Team with client specific tasks as they occur.
• keep Account Managers informed of any job-related concerns or opportunities that arise with their assigned clients.
• Support 6S initiatives.
• Follow all Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other as assigned.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to work within tight timelines and respond quickly to urgent requests.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Flexibility to work across the entire Client Services department as needed.
• Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.

Education and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma Required.
• Associate's degree or experience in a customer service environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with direct mail and commercial print is helpful but not required.

This job operates in a hybrid office environment with exposure to a Manufacturing environment on occasion. While performing the duties of this job inside and outside the manufacturing facility/office setting, the employee is frequently exposed to normal to moderate working conditions for a hybrid office and manufacturing facility with a noise level that is usually quiet - moderate with minimal to some interruptions. The role routinely uses office equipment, software and hardware.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, type, write and be exposed to regular meetings, both virtually and in person. The employee may be required to stand/sit for long periods of time as well as use hands or fingers to reach or handle, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is sometimes required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will regularly lift 25lbs or more at a time. All vision abilities are required to encompass close-up work. Employees must be able to tolerate and endure extended seasonal hours and maintain alertness to meet deadlines.

Occasionally while performing duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to machinery and moving parts, airborne particles including paper dust and hazardous materials or fumes, which may require the use of PPE. The employee may be exposed to adverse weather conditions, extended seasonal hours, high precarious places, and confined spaces. The nose level in some of the work environments may require the use of hearing protection.
