Manager, Global Billing Operations – Contract Back Global Billing Manager Billing Manager Somerville , Massachusetts Temp Per Hour Sep 16, 2026 $55.00 - $65.00 Location: Boston, MA (Financial District) – 2x a week Pay: $55–65/hr Overview High-growth, global tech company seeking a Manager of Billing Operations to step in immediately and lead billing and AR functions. This role owns end-to-end billing, collections, and process optimization across a complex customer base. What You’ll Do Lead global billing operations (100–150 invoices/week across 1,500+ customers) Own invoicing lifecycle/process Manage AR, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability Ensure SOX compliance, audit readiness, and controls Manage and mentor a team of 3 What We’re Looking For 5+ years in billing / finance ops (SaaS/tech preferred) 1+ years of management experience Strong Order-to-Cash, AR, and collections background Experience with complex contracts and billing structures NetSuite and Salesforce experience (preferred) Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
