Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Details

Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Type: Contract

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Charlotte, NC, Irving TX, Chandler AZ, Iselin NJ

Hybrid 3x a week onsite

Pay Range: $65/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Lead complex technology initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software projects and programs.
• Review and analyze complex technology solutions to meet tactical and strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups to resolve technical challenges and drive innovation.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Hands-on experience in full stack software development using Java,.Net, or Python.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.
• At least 2 years of AI experience in testing or evaluation, including data and error analysis.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI model lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
